Mr. Kevin of KS Outdoor Lighting is one in a million!  Good workers are hard to find these days. There are many people today who promise to do the work hired to do but never show up or complete the work correctly.

But not Kevin!!! Kevin showed up and showed out with his professionalism and quality of work. My neighbors are still talking about how nice the lighting looks at our home!

After making the initial contact with Kevin and discussing what I was looking for, Kevin responded quickly with a design for the lighting with the pricing quote.  This allowed me to budget for the project.  After meeting him on the first day of the project he verified with me what I wanted to have done and presented me an itemized explanation of what each day entailed. Then after showing me the lighting fixtures that were being installed and seeing the quality of these lighting fixtures, I knew I’d picked the right person for the job.

Just finished my new build in Sept. 2021 and knew I wanted architectural lighting. Came across KS Outdoor Lighting as well as several others. Pricing was on point. Quote came fast which meant I could move fast with HOA approval. Communication was there throughout the whole process. He even found a way to powder coat the lights black as I wanted black accents with the house. Highly recommended KS Outdoor Lighting! I will also be back for future add on lighting! Unfortunately neither serviced my area so I didn’t have high expectations. To my pleasant surprise Kevin did. He came out, I shared my vision and he gave his professional opinion. Kevin provided a detailed diagram on letterhead with everything we discussed to include pricing. The installation was straightforward. He returned at nightfall to check his work in case any adjustments needed to be made. The attention to detail was refreshing. Kevin, the owner operator of KS Outdoor Lighting has truly earned a 5-star review. We requested a quote on outdoor decorative landscape lighting from Kevin after feeling a bit of unease from our regular electrical service provider. We wanted to illuminate the front of our house to highlight many of the home’s architectural features. Kevin arrived on time for this initial consultation, and on time for each and every subsequent appointment. The communication piece was also stellar with respect to calling ahead to confirm appointments as well as clearly describing his lighting layout recommendation. He also clearly communicated a step by step explanation of the install process. What we also learned about Kevin is that he is a professional graphic designer and certainly has an eye for effects which explains how he was able to absolutely nail this install. It is also important that we share this piece in our review: Kevin installed our lights during daylight hours and retuned after sundown that evening to ensure that his lighting layout was the best for our house. He even left his wiring accessible in the event any adjustments were needed. He returned a third time during daylight hours to tie up loose ends including the disguising of all wiring. As it relates to cost, we were expecting this to be an expensive investment. We priced this install with three different contractors. Two of which provide general electrical services for the home and KS Outdoor Lighting whom specializes in this type of install. Each quote consisted of the same quality level of equipment including both the transformer and the lighting fixtures. Of the three, Kevin’s pricing was actually the best value of all. Considering Kevin’s professional background, his passion for his work, and the monetary value, we highly recommend KS Outdoor Lighting for exterior home lighting. Kevin not only met, but exceeded our expectations.
